Programme

Each day we will begin together with silent meditation, breakfast and a short gathering.
There will be three daily sessions.
Every morning and afternoon there will be both on-going and drop-in workshops allowing you to experience working in different ways with different teachers.

There will be an evening program for the whole camp where we will be all together again.

Typical Day
8.00 - 8.30am - Silent Meditation
8.30 - 9.30am - Breakfast
9.45 - 10.15am Short Gathering for the days camp information.
10.30 - 1.00pm Morning Session
1.00 - 3.30pm Lunch Time
3.30 - 6.00pm Afternoon Session
6.30 - 8.00pm Supper
8.00pm Evening Session
Optional evening sitting meditaion after camp programme.
